A capable minimal bug shelter, the Big Agnes Gold Camp 5 Mesh Inner pairs seamlessly with the Gold Camp tarp series to create an airy, protected interior for up to five campers. It can also be used on its own with additional accessories.

Description

  • Fast, easy setup that's spacious and lightweight: The shelter has a pyramid design so that it's easy to pitch and only requires a single center pole (sold separately) or can be suspended using the exterior hang loop.
  • Seamless integration with the Gold Camp 5 Tarp: Get weather protection and additional stability by pairing the mesh shelter with the Gold Camp 5 Tarp (sold separately). Loops and toggles attach the mesh inner to the outer tarp. The two doors line up with the matching tarp openings-and a cut-off corner at the main door creates a protected vestibule when the tarp is in use!
  • Durable construction for longevity: Sturdy mesh keeps the bugs out and the polyester taffeta floor has a 1500mm waterproof coating for weather protection. A reinforced pole pocket in the center of the floor and at the apex protect those high-wear areas.
  • Comfortable livability: The mesh interior has plenty of space for up to five people. Both doors have two zippers for easy access, and an integrated loop keeps the door fabric neatly out of the way if you prefer to keep them open. Loops on the interior can be used for accessories like lights or gear lofts.

Compatibility and optional equipment
The Gold Camp 5 Mesh Inner is designed to pair with the Gold Camp 5 Tarp, but also works with the Gold Camp UL 5 Tarp. The adjustable center pole and stakes are sold separately. The Gold Camp tarps include these items, and they can be used in conjunction with the mesh inner shelter. You can also bolster the floor protection with the Gold Camp 5 Footprint. The Big Agnes Triangle Gear Loft is compatible with the inner loops for gear storage.
