Deuter Trans Alpine 24 Day Pack

The sleek Deuter Trans Alpine 24 day pack has bike-friendly features as well as versatility for on-trail or everyday use. Thoughtful organization and a supportive, time-tested ventilated suspension system make this a great do-it-all pack.

Deuter's Airstripes back system uses columns of ventilated padding to create a "chimney" to allow warm air to escape. Adjustable support stays add flexible stability for comfortable load carry. Padded shoulder straps and a contoured, adjustable hipbelt aid in load control and enhance fit. Load-lifter straps and an elastic sternum strap enable you to fully fine-tune fit.

The 24-liter main pack body is divided into two sections. The main compartment is accessed through a wide-opening U-shaped zipper and a lower section has front zippered access. A divider between the two can be detached to convert the pack to a single large compartment. A stretch front pocket is large enough to accommodate discarded layers and integrated clips enable you to lash a helmet to the outside of the pocket.

Other features include a large zippered front pocket with built-in organization, an internal valuables pocket, a side quick-stash pocket that is ideal for a smartphone or maps, an inner stretch compartment, an integrated sunglasses strap on the shoulder harness, and even a low-profile removable mat for taking a break from your adventure to sit and relax or kneel down to make a bike repair. Built-in organizational sleeves are ideal for bicycle pumps and other tools. An internal sleeve and drinking tube pass-through make the pack hydration compatible (hydration system not included). Deuter even includes a detachable rain cover to offer protection in challenging conditions. A built-in loop on the rain cover provides the perfect attachment point for a blinking safety light (light not included).
