A wise investment for trekkers or backpackers traveling abroad the Deuter Transport Cover protects your backpack from the dangers of overhead bins and luggage carousels completely enclosing your pack and its vulnerable suspension system.

The Transport Cover has a zippered panel that allows it to safely stow packs ranging from 3661-5500 cubic inches (60-90L) in size. Integrated grab handles make it easy to carry and retrieve while a clear window is intended to house ID tags. Adding versatility the seam taped Transport Cover doubles as a rain cover when you’re at your destination and have your pack on your back.

The full dimensions of the Deuter Transport Cover are 37” x 14” x 13”. It weighs just 15 ounces and stows inside its integrated storage pouch when not in use.

Great for Transport

This thing is HUGE. It covers my Deuter Aircontact Pro 65 + 15 SL easily and with room to spare. The handles are sturdy and well placed, very easy to grab and go. It packs down small and light, so it's easy to tuck away in your pack when not in use.

Dislikes

The fabric seems thin, so I'm not sure how well it will hold up over time.

Great for Air travel and OK for the trail.

Made of a very durable material, you can tell it will make it through the rigors of air travel for quite some time. The blue color is easy to spot and the handles do the job when it is all zipped up. You can roll down the one side to expose the backpack straps for easy carry and because of its waterproof nature it doubles as a pack cover on the trail.

Dislikes

In terms of pack cover weight, it is not the lightest but if you are flying in and jumping right on the trail it can’t be beat.
