Description

Ideal for backyards, campgrounds or the backcountry, the DoubleNest Hammock by Eagles Nest Outfitters (ENO) is lightweight, functional and easy to use. Large enough to fit two people snugly, the DoubleNest Hammock packs down small inside its integrated stuff sack.

The full dimensions of the DoubleNest Hammock are 9' 4" x 6' 8" and the total weight is a mere 20 ounces. The ENO DoubleNest Hammock is designed to hold up to 400 pounds. The combination of breathable woven nylon, nautical grade hanging line and triple-interlocking nylon stitching ensures the quality construction of each DoubleNest Hammock.

NOTE: The DoubleNest Hammock includes integrated aluminum wiregate carabiners to aid in setup, but an ENO suspension strap system (sold separately) or another method of suspension is required to use the hammock.

WARNING: As accidents can happen, do not exceed the maximum weight of 400 lbs. and do not hang your DoubleNest Hammock more than 18 inches above the ground. Always make certain that the surface beneath your DoubleNest Hammock is free of rocks or sharp objects.

The ENO DoubleNest Hammock is available in your choice of color options.

Cozy hammock

Super comfortable for myself and my guy. Soft, easy to get into and out of. Seems to be durable material and does pack down easy. Glad we went for the double for our road camp set up.

Great hammock, does exactly what you expect it to do. Good to two average size people.

Dislikes

Mine arrived with some thread fraying near the top. Nothing serious to ruin the hammock. I just had to carefully cut them off. If it wasn't for that I would have given it 5 stars.

This hammock is so roomy and comfortable. I really like it. I was afraid that it would break, or turn over with me in it, but it is so stable. It is so easy to adjust for "reading position" or "sleeping" position.

My Wife and I love our hammocks!

SUPER easy to setup. Setup and takedown within seconds. Lots of color combinations to choose from. Packs down fairly small in the attached stuff sack. Lightweight and breathable yet sturdy material.

Dislikes

More expensive than other brands. Does NOT come with straps. The edges of the hammock can dig into your legs in certain positions.

Supports weight as advertised...my son is a big guy, 6' 2" and about 330 lbs. and he gets in and out just fine! Roomy enough also. Well constructed out of "parachute" type material.

Transmits the cold in lower temps I recommend using a liner or pad

My first hammock

This is my first hammock and I love it so far. Premium quality and materials for a reasonable price. The DoubleNest definitely has expansive space for one person. So far I’ve only used it for hanging out in the backyard, but it would be a great car camping piece as well. Great service and fast shipping from Backcountry Edge.

Dislikes

I think probably a little too big and too heavy for backpacking/ hammock camping. I’d probably go for the SubLink shelter system for backpacking.
