Description

  • Light and packable design grants layering versatility: The pullover jacket has the warmth and aesthetics to serve as a stand-alone top layer but it's streamlined and compressible enough to do double-duty as a super-warm midlayer when worn beneath a hard shell.
  • Hybrid insulation placement to maximize warmth and performance: The body of the anorak is stuffed with premium 700-fill fully traceable goose down insulation and you'll appreciate its incredible warmth-to-weight ratio while polyester insulation at the shoulders and elbows increases weather-resistance at areas that are prone to pressure and moisture.
  • Additional design features further enhance warmth, performance, and versatility: A cozily insulated hood has multiple points of adjustability to ensure a proper fit, a half-length front zipper allow you to batten down the hatches and also eases pulling on or taking off the anorak, interior lycra sleeve cuffs keep out wind and snow, a drawcord at the hem lets you pull the jacket close to keep out drafts, and pockets include zippered hand pockets, a mesh pocket inside one of those hand pockets, and a deep zippered kangaroo pocket that doubles as a stuff sack for the anorak when you aren't wearing it.

    The Women's Expedition Pack Down Anorak has a slightly loosened regular fit that allows you to comfortably layer over top of it or wear baselayers underneath. A side zipper is a handy feature that makes it easier when pulling the anorak on or taking it off.
