It’s extremely effective against viruses, bacteria, and protozoa and also filters out particulates, odors, and unwanted flavor.

The purifier consists of four parts: an exterior shell, the internal container, the purifier cartridge, and a screw-top lid. It allows you to safely treat water with an action that mirrors that used to prepare coffee in a French press. Simply add water to the fill line of the bottle’s exterior, insert the internal container which is threaded directly to the purifier cartridge, and apply even, steady pressure until the internal container meets the lip of the shell. It takes no more than 15 seconds and you’re able to enjoy 16 ounces of filtered and purified water. NOTE: Applying steady pressure works best if you keep the lid loosely attached and hold the bottle at knee level so you can use your body weight. The lid keeps contents secure and has an integrated loop for carrying the bottle or attaching it to a backpack.

The active technology used in the filter utilizes a patented electroadsorptive media to also remove chemicals and heavy metals in addition to protecting against bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella, protozoan cysts like Giardia and Cryptosporidium, and viruses.
