Though not quite as lightweight and compressible as down, this fill does provide excellent loft and compressibility and, unlike down, it retains its insulating properties even if it becomes damp or wet. The bag's durable shell and interior fabrics further protect the insulation from moisture.
Offset quilt construction keeps the insulation evenly distributed which eliminates cold spots and ensures consistent warmth. A draft tube behind the side zipper and a contoured insulated hood enhance the mummy-shaped bag's overall thermal efficiency.
