LEKI’s Carbon TA XTG poles are versatile. You can move your grip up or down the extended foam handles in addition to adjusting the overall height of the pole, allowing you to adapt these hybrid aluminum and carbon poles to any terrain.
Incorporating an ergonomic angle that preserves a natural position for your wrists lightweight Aergon Thermo Long grips have an ovoid shape that can be palmed or held traditionally. Rubberized, dimpled tops offer textured grip points and ultra-lightweight, easy-to-adjust straps reduce stress on your wrists and provide additional security and comfort. The extended length of the grips allows you to grasp lower on the shafts, eliminating the need to shorten the length of the poles every time you encounter a steep slope or side hill traverse.
The combination of aluminum and carbon construction effectively balances strength, durability, and weight. Per pair, the poles weigh in at just 15.2 ounces. By utilizing the integrated easy-to-use Speed Lock 2 levers, you can adjust the length of the poles from 39.3"-53.1".
Carbide flex tips deflect up to 30 degrees without damaging the lower pole sections. This reduces the risk of pole breakage if poles get caught between rocks or tree roots on the trail. LEKI’s Trekking Basket 2.0’s are included and are interchangeable with other baskets (sold separately).
The poles are treated with a matte-clear coat and an Eloxal finish to protect them from scratches and weather while providing a polished look.
LEKI Carbon TA XTG trekking poles are sold in pairs.
