LifeStraw Mission Water Purifier System

Utilizing the same simple, effective filtration method employed by the award-winning Personal Water Filter, the LifeStraw Mission system is ideal for group trips or family camping. Eliminating the need for repeated pumping, the system lets you fill the included drybag with water and let gravity take over.

The system is available in your choice of 5 liter or 12 liter size options. Once the included roll-top water bag is filled from the available water source, it can be hung wherever it is most convenient. A “window” on the side of the bag lets you confirm the water level. The system runs water through an attached BPA-free hose, passes it through the 0.02 micron hollow-fiber filter, and produces up to 18,000 liters (4,750 gallons) of water (depending on water quality) over its lifetime while providing a flow rate of 9-12 liters per hour! The filter is 99.9999% effective against waterborne bacteria, protozoa, giardia and cryptosporidium. Back flushing the filter is a simple process and guarantees that you get effective filtration on every use. Integrated “taps” keep water at the ready without allowing it to leak.

The LifeStraw Mission filtration system includes a roll-top dry bag, a shoulder strap, an internal pre-filter, a PVC hose, and the 0.02 micron hollow-fiber filter with integrated taps.
