Fantastic Tent for 1 adult and 2 kids
Likes
This tent is easy to set up, has lots of pockets inside for storing small items, and it totally seperated from its rain fly, which keeps all the water out. The vestibules and doors on both sides are super convenient. It also has a small vent in the rain fly to allow hot air to get out during summer nights. It's also super lightweight for backpacking considering all the features it has. I plan to use this tent for years to come, be it by myself or with my kiddos.

Very nice little tent.

I bought this one for quick weekend trips. Lightweight, easy setup, weather proof. What more could one want...in my case, see below.
Dislikes
As an old fat guy, I have found that I really want to be able to stand up in my tents! I just car camp so I traded this in on a Kelty Sequoia 4. ( Got a Marmot Halo 6 when I have time for a real base camp.) So, not really a dislike. Just personal preference.

Marmot Tungsten 3P First Impressions

Polyester Rain Fly! ...Yes!. Did a good bit of research before buying and found polyester rain flies are the best since they don't sag when they get rained on. I liked this tent better than the REI Dome 3 I slept in during a recent 3-day hike in Rock Mountain National Park. Easier and faster to set up and almost as roomy. This tent seems more rugged to me yet it weighs about the same as the Dome 3 (the Dome does have a bit more square footage). The zippers of the Marmot do not bind in fabric as easily as those of the Dome 3. Tungsten tent stakes are larger gauge hex-shaped aluminum compared to Dome 3. Dome 3 rain fly is Nylon which can sag when it gets wet. I thought about the UL version of this tent but I am happy I went this more rugged version. By the way, this tent with fly and foot print, easily packs down to less than 2/3 of the size of its sack if you pack the poles outside the tent sack.
Dislikes
Pole sack and stake sack need draw strings. Seems like adding draw strings would not add much if any cost to the tent. I'll mod these sacks to add draw strings at some point. There are not enough stakes to fully stand out the fly. Not a big deal though... they're easy enough to make.

The price was right, fits two comfortably, has reasonably good ventilation, good for stargazing.

Came with a one centimeter hole in the green door fabric. Could be easily fixed.

Great for star gazing while keeping bugs out. I purchased the 3 person tent for extra room for two adults and one medium size dog
Dislikes
Not a dislike but I’d recommend strong reflective tape on the zipper loops or door outlines

Easy to setup, plenty of room for 2, zippers all work flawlessly with no snags, seems pretty durable, green color is very attractive.
Dislikes
Vent in rain fly isn't incredibly functional, and of course, fitting a 3rd person isn't incredibly practical.

Great Tent

After two backpacking trips I have come to quite enjoy this tent. It is very easy to set-up, even by yourself. It is very light and folds/rolls up into quite a small morsel. As-per the normal tent rule, plan on one person less than they list it for. Likewise, the wife and I fit perfectly in this tent and can put our packs in as well (three would be quite snug). The ground cloth/footprint is a great bonus too.
Dislikes
The only thing I don't like about this thing is the rain fly. Color coded buckles would greatly increase the ease and/or speed of set-up. I takes me two tries to get it right each time I set it up. I finally took a Sharpie and darkened one buckle.

Great choice for a couple starting out in backpacking...

- Relative lightweight - Super easy to setup and takedown - Well made with quality material - No problems with condensation when staked out - Roomy for 2 We've used this tent for a few nights car camping and love it. I wasn't sure about the change in venting from the 2 vent design for 2016 and the 1 larger vent for our 2017 model, but had zero issues with condensation each morning. We're taking it to do the GA section of the AT this weekend.

Great 2P tent!

-Easy set up (w/ 2 persons). Takes around 5-10mins including footprint and rain fly. -Lots of room for two people, crowded for three. -Fits twin air bed. -Green Shadow/Moss option that is currently unavailable for the Marmot Limelight (my first option before purchasing this tent) -Great quality camping tent overall!!
Dislikes
-Packed size a little bit on the larger side. If you're looking for a more compact size to carry for backpacking, I'd suggest looking into Kelty or MSR tents.

Easy to assemble. Fits three (head-to-toe, toe-to-head, head-to-toe) comfortably. Was able to squeeze to twin air mattresses in but it's probably better suited for sleeping mats. the poles at the base of the tent are angled slightly so there's more room at the bottom.

Nothing comes to mind.
