Designed with input from world-class ultra runner Stephanie Howe , the Nathan VaporHowe 4L 2.0 Women's race vest offers a chafe-free, apparel-like fit and incorporates two 20 ounce soft flasks with extended drinking tubes for optimal on-the-go hydration.

The ultra-lightweight, breathable and moisture-wicking fabrication of the vest hugs your body to ensure a movement-mirroring fit and a bounce-free carry. Strategically drilled vents allow warm air to escape and help to keep weight to a minimum. Without the flasks, the vest weighs just 6.3 ounces! Dual sliding sternum straps let you dial in fit without getting in the way or causing undue pressure.

Innovative soft flasks ride up front in dedicated stretch harness pockets. Extended drinking tubes allow you to access water without ever having to remove the flasks from the pockets. Locking caps and bite valves ensure leak-proof performance and a high flow rate. The simple elastic design of the harness pockets makes the flasks easy to remove and put back into the pockets for refills and cleaning at the end of your run.

Streamlined lateral pockets and a rear main compartment combine to offer 244 cubic inches of storage. An internal pocket is compatible with a hydration system (system sold separately). Small stretch stash pockets on the harness and dual vertical zippered harness pockets provide additional options for stowing gels, electrolytes, a cellphone, or other essentials. Reflective hits increase low-light visibility.

The Nathan VaporHowe 4L 2.0 Women's running vest is available in your choice of size options. The XSmall best fits 30"-31" chests (measured under bust at the sternum) and a 34" bust, the Small best fits a 32"-33" chest and a 36" bust, the Medium best fits a 34"-35" chest and a 38" bust, and the Large best fits a 36"-37" chest and a 40" bust.
