Optimus Elektra FE Cook System Canister Stove System

An ideal, fuel-efficient option for lightweight backpacking, the Optimus Elektra FE Cook System combines everything you need for backcountry meals into a single unit. The included Crux Lite stove weighs a mere 2.5 ounces and folds down to fit easily and efficiently into the included cookware.

Made of durable stainless materials, the stove's 2 inch-diameter burner effectively distributes heat providing an even cooking surface for backcountry meals. Depending on altitude and temperature conditions this tiny powerhouse can boil a liter of water in as little as 3 minutes! An integrated foldable burner control allows you to adjust the height of the flame without any fear of burning your hand. Three ergonomic serrated pot supports lend stability and accommodate most backpacking pots and pans. Folded out of the way the pot supports tuck under the head of the burner for easy storage. And lighting the stove is a snap with the included Piezo syringe-style igniting device that allows lighting from the side of the stove for increased safety. An included clip-on windshield helps to maintain performance even in blustery conditions.

NOTE: The Crux Lite stove requires the use of a canister of Optimus Gas (sold separately). A blend of butane isobutene and propane Optimus Gas provides consistent reliable 3-season backcountry performance. No priming or pumping is needed when using Optimus Gas canisters. An 8-ounce canister of Optimus Gas will provide up to 90 minutes of burn time at the highest maximum output.

Made of hard-anodized aluminum and employing a non-stick surface, a .95L cookpot has an integrated heat-exchanger for efficient performance. An included lid doubles as a frypan. Collapsible handles on both the pot and the frypan provide a safe place to pick them up and fold-away conveniently when not in use.

The entire set nests conveniently inside the cookpot with room left over for a fuel canister (sold separately). A mesh storage bag is included.
