Description

Not every ride requires a ton of gear, but having hydration at the ready is a plus. In the Osprey Kitsuma 7 Women’s pack, female cyclists get 2.5L of at-the-ready water, a lightweight but comfortable suspension system, and smart but streamlined storage.

The suspension of the pack employs a foam framesheet to provide support. A ridged mesh-covered foam backpanel offers a center air channel for excellent ventilation. The harness uses mesh to provide breathability while the rolled, soft-edged straps provide comfort and stability. A removeable 20mm webbing hip belt helps keep the pack stable on your back.

The panel-loading pack has an interior volume of 427 cubic inches. A 2.5L Hydraulics reservoir tucks neatly inside and a magnetic bite valve attachment on the sternum strap keeps the hose secured. An external zippered scratch-free, heat-embossed slash pocket is perfect for a phone or sunglasses. A front panel vertical zip compartment includes tool organization capacity (tools not included) so you’ll be ready if you need to make a quick fix. Dual stretch mesh side pockets can hold water bottle or other items. A blinker light attachment point (light not included) lets you equip the pack for low-light visibility.

The Osprey Kitsuma 7 Women’s hydration pack is available in your choice of colors.

Exactly what I needed and didn't realize I did

Likes

I took my first backpacking trip with a local group. I quickly realized how inconvenient it was to have to take my day backpack off to get my water bottle out of the side holder on the outside of my backpack to get a drink of water. I ordered this and the same weekend I got it, I was already using it for another purpose (Nascar race). I put ice in the bladder and filled it with water which provided us with cold water and for me a nice cool back for the day. The main pocket fit a packable raincoat, sunblock, bug spray and my keys. I used the hidden pocket in the same area of the bladder for my money and cards. I used the side (water bottle pockets) to hold my phone and snacks. It will definitely be very useful for my next day hike!

Dislikes

When I put ice in the bladder for ice water, there was some condensation that dripped through.
