Suspension on this pack allows air flow on your back. Was comfortable wearing on long day hikes.

Wish it had the stuff it sack like other Osprey packs.

Great pack for traveling and weekend backpacking trips
Likes
After only a few uses, I am ready to make this my goto pack. It has a comfortable and breathable mesh back that is essential for long hikes in the summer. The pocket layout is both practical for storing items of all sizes and are conveniently placed.
Dislikes
My only complaint about this pack, is that the way the bag is naturally curved to shape your back, makes it so that when you set it down it wants to fall over. Maybe with some strap adjustments this can be corrected.

Great pack for the money

Surprising amount of space can handle a weekend trip if packing light. Very comfortable and included rain cover is an awesome bonus.

Straps move around when loaded down

Comfortable but expensive pack!
Likes
This is a nice tactical bag which is lightweight, fits carry on size and is very comfortable to carry even in heavy loads. We got this style for my husband and I use the sirrus version, which I have reviewed separately. It has a built in raincover, which we did not need but would have surely come handy.
Dislikes
Has limited space, seems smaller than 36L. There is a shoe/sleeping bag section in the bottom but it is hard to fit men's size hiking shoes here. Could work for small sizes or less bulky shoes. Pretty expensive for a daypack. It could probably be used for short overnight trips, but you would have to really limit what you take with you.

Updated model

I had the previous Stratos 36 and decided to check the new one out and see the updates. The suspension is improved noticeably. It's not an AG suspension but is "AG inspired" in that it uses a single piece of mesh for the back panel and interior of the hipbelt. The new model also adds a convenient exterior pocket. If you're looking for an overnight/weekend version of an Atmos, this is the closest thing to it. Go with the 36l version over the 34 for the top-loading and you won't regret it.
Dislikes
A little heavy for a 36l pack.

Good pack for a weekend trip
Likes
This pack comes with an attached rain cover in its own compartment, easy to put on and put away. Its description is accurate, it's a smaller pack for backpacking trips but is enough to hold the essentials.
Dislikes
The top of the pack has a bit odd of a drawstring which makes it a little difficult to open and put in or take out gear. The height seems fine to me, but a taller person may not necessarily like the placement of the waist and chest straps- but I am not one to speak on account of them.

Great backpack for day use

Looks like it is well made, has quality material, feels great on my back and enough room for all my stuff plus kids for day hikes.
Dislikes
None yet but I've only taken it out once. I'll update once I have more miles with it.

Super comfortable day pack!

•Feels like a custom fit - super comfortable! •Generous hip belt for big guys •Easy access to pole loops, water bottle pockets and packed items (through side zipper) •Room for a 3L hydration bladder •Comfort, comfort, comfort!!! Can't stress this enough. The only bag that even came close in my sampling was the Marmot Graviton 38 but the comfort and ease of use of the Osprey bag sealed the deal for me.

•This is my first hiking bag, so I'm still learning what all the straps and pockets are for. It seems much at first, but a little searching on YouTube and talking to some hikers is quickly clearing the air about the purpose of all these items.
