The boot features a nubuck leather upper with a soft collar to provide stability while still offering fit forgiveness. A waterproof/breathable GORE-TEX lining keeps feet dry and a gusseted tongue further ensures protection against moisture and debris. A toe cap protects your toes from rocks and roots.
Under foot Salomon's Advanced Chassis offers the support and protection required for backpacking while still keeping weight and bulk to a minimum. The midsole utilizes Salomon's Energy Cell compound to simultaneously deliver underfoot cushioning and energy return. A molded EVA sockliner enhances comfort and fit.
The durable Contagrip MD rubber offers excellent traction.
