Designed to provide grip and stability in any trail conditions the Salomon Women's Wildcross trail shoe is highly durable and provides a flexible athletic fit for trail running hiking or fastpacking.
The shoe's seamless water-repellent upper strikes an excellent balance between weight protectiveness and breathability. Dream Tex wings on the upper help keep your foot securely in place on technical rocky or slick trails. A lightweight QuickLace system lets you dial in fit.
The midsole utilizes Salomon's Energy Cell compound to simultaneously deliver underfoot cushioning and energy return. A molded Ortholite sockliner enhances comfort and fit. The stack height of the supportive heel is 29.5mm while the forefoot is 21.5mm resulting in a moderate 8mm drop.
The shoe's Contagrip TA rubber outsole uses aggressive lugs for enhanced traction on a wide range of surfaces and conditions.
