The jacket's 30D ripstop polyester shell nicely balances weight and durability while a nylon lining enhances internal comfort. Stretch fleece side panels enhance fit and breathability. A polyester ripstop shell further protects the insulation from the elements. Primaloft Silver synthetic insulation adds all-condition warmth with very little bulk or excess weight.
Other features include a full-length front zipper elastic cuffs a drawcord-adjustable hem an internal pocket and two zippered hand pockets. The compressible jacket even stows neatly inside one of the hand pockets when not in use.
