The NEMO Sonic -20 sleeping bag stands ready to keep you safe and warm in harsh winter conditions. Hydrophobic down protects your insulation while technical features like a draft collar and an adjustable hood keep you warm.
This bag is insulated with 800 fill hydrophobic down. That means the down clusters resist moisture longer than untreated down and dry faster when they do get wet. The down is also PFC-free and certified with the 100% Responsible Down Standard (RDS) recognized for traceability throughout the supply chain. The interior of the bag is lined with comfortable 30 denier nylon taffeta. The outer shell is 20 denier ripstop nylon treated with a DWR coating. The footbox is reinforced with 40 denier fabric. In a unique addition to the usually restrictive mummy shape, NEMO includes stretch construction at the knees to allow you to sleep on your side. The bag features two zippered openings on the front. Opened from either inside or outside, they allow you to prep gear or even have a cup of coffee without leaving your bag. A draft collar and draft tube prevent cold drafts from entering your warm bag. This bag has a contoured hood with a drawstring cord so you can cinch down the opening and further block cold drafts. The footbox is tailored for foot comfort, has waterproof/ breathable protection, and includes an extra layer of synthetic insulation to keep your feet warm. An included compression stuff sack helps you squeeze the bag down to its smallest packed size.
