Offering flexibility and support, The North Face Men's VECTIV Fastpack Mid FUTURELIGHT is a waterproof ankle-high hiking boot that's responsive for fast-moving hiking or lightweight backpacking. The lightweight construction, high-rebound midsole with rocker geometry, grippy outsole, and other features give it a great balance of cushioning and stability.
The boot's minimalist upper is an abrasion-resistant performance mesh that provides a contoured fit without an extended break-in period. Along with a molded Lycra collar, the upper provides comfortable lateral support. An integrated waterproof/breathable membrane helps to keep your foot dry and comfortable. The lower shoelace eyelets are double-punched to help you fine tune the fit.
TNF's VECTIV technology equips the boot with a full-length, lateral-supportive 3D TPU plate and a rockered EVA foam midsole that together deliver underfoot cushioning and stabilizing structure in a manner that encourages forward propulsion. An OrthoLite X55 footbed further enhances both fit and comfort.
On the outsole, grippy Surface Control rubber with 4mm lugs ensures confident traction on varied surfaces and conditions. There's also a molded TPU toe cap to protect against kicked rocks or roots.
