A true "tweener", the adidas Outdoor Men's Terrex Two Flow running shoe transitions easily from pavement to trail and back again. A precision fit, breathable construction, and confident traction make this a versatile option for runners who train on roads and off.
The shoe's synthetic upper provides a close fit, cuts down on potential hot spots, and maximizes breathability. Engineered mesh on the forefoot increases ventilation to dump excess heat. A reflective logo adds a touch of visibility for low-light runs.
Adidas's Lightstrike foam midsole provides lightweight underfoot cushioning and energy return. The shoe's Continental rubber outsole has a large number of low-profile lugs to increase surface area to ensure grip and traction on improved surfaces, non-technical gravel paths, or on dirt.
With a 30mm heel and a 24mm forefoot, the shoe has a moderate 6mm drop.
