When you buy awesome gear from Enwild, you can feel confident knowing that you have a full 60 days to try it on or try it out.

If you’re not completely satisfied – for any reason at all – we’ll take it back.

Our no-matter-what returns policy covers exchanges, returns for store credit and returns for a refund.

We offer free shipping for exchanges requested within 60 days of the original purchase date*. That means we cover both the cost of returning the product to us and the cost of sending your exchange to you! Ship it back using our convenient prepaid label and be sure to let us know what you’d like in exchange.

Returns for Store Credit

You may want to return an item within the 60-day purchase window, but you aren’t sure what to exchange for it yet. We offer free return shipping for store credit returns* when you use our prepaid label. We’ll issue you a full refund in the form of store credit that doesn’t expire.

Returns for a Refund

When returning items for a refund within 60 days of purchase using our prepaid label, a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers a portion of the return shipping costs, inspecting and processing returns. After we receive the return in our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund (minus the $7.99 return shipping fee) to the original payment method. Please note that outbound shipping fees applied to your original order are not refundable.

Gift Returns

Gifts can also be returned within 60 days. When sending us your gift return, please reference the original purchaser’s name and contact information so we can easily find the order. Let us know if you’d prefer to exchange your item(s) or receive store credit – and please be sure to provide your contact and shipping information.

Amazon or Google Marketplace Orders

If your order was placed with us through a marketplace, such as Amazon or Google Shopping, returns policies and processes may differ. Click the appropriate link to learn more.

Write your original number on the outside of the box, and include a note inside the box with:

  • Your name (and original purchaser's name if different)
  • The original order number
  • Purchase Date
  • Reason for return
  • Your telephone number
Note: the $7.99 return shipping fee does not apply to customer paid returns. *Free return shipping on exchanges offer applies only to orders where our prepaid return shipping label is used to ship the return from a location within the lower 48 states.
