Returns and Refunds

You may return your item within 60 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method.

• Use our prepaid return label for convenience
• A $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (this helps cover a portion of return shipping, inspection, and processing)

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue your refund (minus the $7.99 fee) to your original payment method.

Note: Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable.

Gift Returns

Returning a gift? We'll make it easy.

Gifts may be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Please include:

• Original purchaser's name
• Any available order details
• Your contact information

We'll process the return and issue:

• A refund to the original payment method, or
• Store credit if preferred

If you are making your own shipping arrangements, please ship your return prepaid to:

Write your original number on the outside of the box, and include a note inside the box with:

• Your name (and original purchaser's name if different)
• The original order number
• Purchase Date
• Reason for return
• Your telephone number
