- Lightweight, high-cushion midsole to keep you moving: Designed for ultimate comfort on long days, the pillow-like EVA cushions your feet as you traverse trail hazards but doesn't weigh you down. A dynamic rocker shape makes for an efficient stride and reduces fatigue during high-mileage runs.
- Structured, breathable fit for stability: Using recycled materials, the synthetic mesh upper promotes airflow to help keep your feet dry and has strategic welds for durability and support right where you need it. Soft padding in the collar and a gusseted tongue that allow you to really dial in the fit. Wider volume in the forefoot enhances comfort for long runs.
- Great grip for confident running: Thanks to adidas's partnership with Continental, the grippy outsole features a lug pattern inspired by gravel bike tires to minimize weight and maximize traction on a wide variety of trail surfaces.

Sold in pairs, the adidas Outdoor Women's Terrex Soulstride Flow trail running shoe is available in a standard width and women's full and half sizes. With a 32mm heel and a 24mm forefoot, the shoes have a moderate 8mm drop.
