Deuter Ascender 7 Running Pack (Clearance)

With wide, ergonomic shoulder straps and ample storage, the Deuter Ascender 7 is ready for long days of trail running and fast hiking scrambles. This vest-style pack is compatible with flasks or a reservoir (sold separately) and has an adjustable fit for all-day comfort.

The pack's harness and backpanel are made from lightweight recycled materials and incorporates a wide mesh construction for breathability. Paired with the adjustable sternum straps and elastic drawcords at the sides, the pack wraps around your torso for a chafe- and bounce-free fit. Moisture-resistant fabric on the back helps keep you dry and protect the pack's contents. Removeable foam padding in the backpanel provides extra cushioning when the pack is at capacity.

Inside the panel-loading main compartment, multiple pockets help organize your gear. A sleeve at the back can be used for a reservoir (sold separately). A tall stretch mesh pocket with a zippered pocket above it help keep the essentials you need easily accessible. On the outside, there two stretch mesh side pockets, a small, zippered pocket, and bungee cord attachments for trekking poles or other tools.

The harness also offers plenty of storage options. Two tall front pockets have elastic cinches and can hold soft flasks (sold separately) or nutrition. A zippered pocket on the lower part of the harness can be used for a phone or other valuables. A collapsible trekking pole holster on the other side makes it easy to stow folding poles when not needed. A low-profile safety whistle is also included.
