Backpacking for two just got a whole lot lighter with the Exped Ultra 1R Duo sleeping pad! Offering head-to-toe support in a tapered mummy shape, this warm weather pad keeps you comfortable with 2.75 inches of inflated loft.
Description
- Light but supportive for comfortable sleeping: Air chambers run from top to bottom on the pad to cushion and cradle you and a partner with 7 centimeters, or about 2.75 inches, of inflated loft.
- Bulk-free design for lightweight packability: Available in two sizes, the pad's tapered shape keeps weight to a minimum and helps it pack down smaller than two individual sleeping pads. The 1.3 R-value reduces bulk and is just right for sleeping out on warm summer nights.
- Durable, sustainable constructionThe pad's 20D recycled ripstop polyester fabric is durable and won't let you down out in the field. Exped also works with Oeko-Tex to certify that the fabric is free of harmful substances and meets the Oeko-Tex 100 standard certification.
Sizing, inflation and storage
The Ultra 1R Duo is available in two sizes: Medium (72" x 41.3"-32.3") and Long/Wide (77.6" x 51.2"-40.6"). In addition to a stuff sack for packing and storage, Exped includes their Schnozzel Pumpbag for rapid, moisture-free inflation to prolong the life of the pad. There are low-profile valves for dedicated inflation and deflation, so adding or removing air is a breeze. A repair kit is also included.
