A versatile option for hiking or trail running the 8”-high Kahtoola INSTAgaiter Mid is a lightweight water-resistant gaiter that fits multi-sport shoes trail running shoes or low-profile hiking boots. The gaiter offers protection from rocks and vegetation while keeping out debris.
The stretch-woven nylon and polyurethane blend fabric provides durability breathability and quick-drying performance. While the gaiter isn't fully waterproof a DWR coating does help it shed moisture.
The gaiter fits closely against your shoe with the top closure 4–5 inches above your ankle. A sturdy adjustable thermoplastic polyurethane strap runs over the instep. A top adjustable elastic drawcord and an asymmetrical zipper seal the gaiter from the elements and ensure a close fit.
