Employing high-tenacity, ultra-lightweight fabrics and premium 850-fill goose down insulation, the Mountain Hardwear Phantom 15 Degree sleeping bag delivers fantastic lightweight, compressible, 3-season performance for backpacking or mountaineering.
The bag is insulated with premium 850-fill, RDS-certified goose down insulation. Renowned for their efficiency in retaining heat and compressible properties, the feathers and fibers of down have an incredibly soft, comfortable feel and, despite advances in synthetic materials, continue to provide the best warmth-to-weight ratio of any insulation available. The bag's 10D recycled nylon shell fabric keeps weight to a minimum while protecting the insulation from moisture. A durable water repellent treatment increased weather-resistance. A 20D nylon taffeta lining adds internal comfort.
A performance mummy shape helps to maximize thermal efficiency while minimizing weight. A combination of horizontal and vertical baffles help to keep insulation evenly distributed, so you enjoy consistent warmth. A four-chambered insulated hood with a down-filled face gasket ensures close-fitting warmth around your face, neck, and head. Other features include a draft tube behind the 3/4-length two-way zipper, glow in the dark zipper pulls, a contoured footbox, an included nylon compression sack, and a mesh storage sack.
The Mountain Hardwear Phantom 15 Degree sleeping is available in Short (fit to 5' 8"), Regular (6' 0"), and Long (6' 6") lengths.
