From slip-on comfort to trail-capable sandal, the Oboz Women's Whakata Trail delivers the signature Oboz fit and trail functionality. Lightweight and breathable, this trail sandal offers excellent fit, durable all-terrain traction, and environmentally conscious construction.
The upper features Repreve webbing straps, which are made with materials reclaimed from plastic bottles, and recycled quick-dry mesh with stretch binding for comfortable creek hopping and hiking. The adjustable heel strap can be worn flipped forward for casual wear or tightened around the heel for a secure fit. There's also an adjustment hook on the instep to provide additional security for your foot and a protective toe cap.
The footbed and midsole are made with Bloom Rise, an environmentally conscious, high-performance replacement for traditional petroleum-based EVAs. This algae-blended resin contains algae biomass and bio-based additives, and algae's natural thermoplastic qualities allow Rise to meet, and in some cases exceed performance characteristics of conventional closed-cell flexible foams.
The outsole features the Oboz Whakata tread for confident traction on wet or dry terrain.
