A capable travel companion for everyday use or extended trips, the Osprey Archeon 40 offers advanced organization and access to your tech! The modular design features an adjustable suspension and a removable padded hipbelt.
Description
- Versatile organization that can satisfy any technophile: The main compartment has a large U-shaped zippered opening so you can pack it like luggage. There's a padded laptop sleeve that fits devices up to 17 inches, as well as additional pockets for other devices or documents. Exterior pockets include two zippered side pockets for water bottles or other tech like portable hard drives, compact cameras, or binoculars, along with zippered hipbelt pockets.
- Modular design that works with other Archeon packs and accessories: While completely function on its own, the pack easily pairs with other components of the Archeon collection. It includes two adjustable, removeable quick-release accessory straps on the front panel that can be used with the Archeon Pouch, Sling or Chest Rig, and the hipbelt can be removed and worn separately or paired with the Chest Rig. (All additional packs sold separately.)
- Comfortable, adjustable suspension and varied carry options for flexibility: A 3.5mm LightWire peripheral frame and compression-molded EVA foam backpanel offer load-hauling comfort. The suspension also adjusts to various torso lengths for a precise fit. The harness has adjustable air-mesh padded shoulder straps that can be stowed when not in use. There are also padded top and side carry handles, and webbing loops for should strap carry (sold separately).
- Incredibly tough, abrasion-resistant performance: Ready for the rigors of travel, the pack employs a bluesign approved carbonite coating called NanoTough that's incredibly strong and also improves water resistance, helping protect valuable electronics from the elements.
- Sustainable construction that doesn't compromise on functionality or durability: The pack's rugged robic ripstop nylon fabric is 100% recycled and both the fabric and the durable NanoTough coating are bluesign approved. The pack itself is a certified bluesign product, which ensures that environmental and social considerations have gone into its design.
