Osprey Soelden Pro 32 Ski/Snow Pack (Clearance)

Raising the standard for backcountry skiing and snowboarding, the Osprey Soelden Pro 32 ski/snow pack has the technical details to help keep you safe, including the Alpride E2 Airbag System for avalanche protection. Lightweight and compact, the snow-centric features keep your gear accessible and at the ready.

Structural support is provided by a 3.5mm steel frame, a central HDPE stay, and an HDPE framesheet. A smooth-surface Thermoformed contoured backpanel sheds snow and keeps ice from building up. Contoured, padded shoulder straps and a padded hipbelt enhance fit and aid in load balance. Load-lifter straps and an adjustable sternum strap allow you to make fine-tuned adjustments. The pack is designed with gender-specific sizing for a superior fit. The buckle of the sternum strap also doubles as a safety whistle, and the hipbelt has an aluminum safety buckle closure and tuckaway leg loop required for avalanche terrain. The hipbelt also has a gear loop and one zippered pocket to keep essentials close at hand.

The pack is made from Osprey's NanoFly fabric, which is incredibly strong and light with great abrasion resistance. The main compartment has a large U-shaped zipper for easy access and there's an internal zippered pocket for essentials. The pack has an internal carry for a GPS/radio (sold separately) with webbing attachment points for a mic on the harness. A separate front panel J-zipper provides access to an avalanche safety kit pocket with sleeves for a shovel handle and probe (both sold separately).

The Osprey Alpride E2 Electronic Avalanche Airbag Unit is included. This fast-charging and reliable airbag system has an LCD display to show the charge/energy levels of the system and automatic pressure relief valve that relieves the airbag pressure three minutes after inflation. The harness has dual-sided multi-height airbag handle attachment points so you can set the handle in the best location for you. The Alpride E2 also uses supercapacitor technology that is non-hazardous for flight.

Other features include integrated A-frame and diagonal ski carry systems, a vertical front panel snowboard carry system, a dual-position stowable helmet carry system, an ice tool carry sleeve and attachment point, and sled attachment loops.
