Made of water-resistant, breathable, and highly-durable packcloth treated with odorless EPA-registered Insect Shield, Outdoor Research Bugout Rocky Mountain Low Gaiters offer low-profile protection from mud, snow, debris, ticks, mosquitos, and other biting insects. Ideal for hiking, backpacking, or winter activities, the gaiters provide all-season performance.
An elastic bottom edge, a boot lace hook, a buckled top closure, and a wide hook/loop front closure work together to keep the gaiters securely in place. A Hypalon instep strap provides further stability. A hook/loop shear tab prevents separation at the front lower portion of the gaiters. This adjustability allows the gaiters to be worn with trail shoes, hiking boots or heavier backpacking boots.
