Offering insulation and weather protection in one, the Rab Men's Khroma Transpose Jacket breathes better than your average hardshell while keeping you warm whether you're traversing a mountain or skiing downhill. The waterproof and breathable stretch shell pairs with recycled PrimaLoft Silver insulation for balanced performance.
The jacket's outer shell is made of a 20D 2-layer stretch woven nylon that's both waterproof and highly breathable. PrimaLoft Silver insulation, made of 100% recycled materials, provides lightweight warmth. Articulated sleeves give you complete freedom of movement. The adjustable helmet-compatible hood has a stiffened, wired brim and elastic side panels for a dialed-in fit. A high, close-fitting collar keeps out drafts and loose snow, but the stretch fabric keeps it from feeling constraining. The jacket's two-way front zipper has a zip guard, lower snap fastener, and fleece lined chin guard for comfort.
Other features include two hand pockets with YKK AquaGuard zippers, a ski pass pocket with a YKK AquaGuard zipper, two internal pockets (one zippered and one mesh), extended cuffs with hook and loop adjustments that fit well around gloves or mitts, and a dual sided mitt-friendly rear hem adjustment.
