The stretchy, non-adjustable belt comes in multiple sizes to ensure a proper fit. The Xsmall best fits 25"-28.5" waists, the Small best fits 28.5"-31.5" waists, the Medium best fits 31.5"-34.5" waists, the Large best fits 34.5"-38" waists, and the Xlarge best fits 38"-41.5" waists.
