Designed for technical hiking, The North Face Men's VECTIV Exploris Mid FUTURELIGHT hiking boot employs a protective rock plate and a high rebound midsole with rocker geometry for comfortable protection and support. This waterproof boot delivers durability with minimal weight and responsiveness that far exceeds the average boot.
The boot boasts a rugged Cordura ripstop mesh upper that's abrasion-resistant and provides lateral support. An integrated waterproof/breathable membrane helps to keep your foot dry and comfortable.
TNF's VECTIV technology equips the boot with a full-length, lateral-supportive 3D TPU plate and a rockered EVA foam midsole that together deliver underfoot cushioning and stabilizing structure. The rocker design encourages forward propulsion to help reduce fatigue over a long day on the trail. An OrthoLite X55 footbed further enhances both fit and comfort.
On the outsole, grippy Surface Control rubber with 4mm lugs ensures confident traction on varied surfaces and conditions. There's also a molded TPU toe cap to protect against kicked rocks or roots.
