Ultimate Direction Women's Adventure Vesta Hydration Vest Pack (Clearance)

The big sister of the popular Ultra Vesta, the Ultimate Direction Women's Adventure Vesta 5.0 effectively balances weight and performance while providing at-the-ready hydration for long-distance trail running, endurance racing, or ultra-lightweight fastpacking.

The vest was designed for Ultimate Direction by a group of female athletes known as the Women's Collective who incorporated their ideas and trail experiences into the creation of several female-focused gear pieces. With an ergonomic shape and women's specific fit, the vest was made to perform flawlessly by female runners for female runners.

Constructed of lightweight Sil/nylon and breathable stretch mesh, the vest weighs just 9.8 ounces (without bottles). To ensure a proper fit, the vest is available in three sizes that are based on your chest measurement. The Xsmall/Small size best fits 21"36" chest sizes, the Small/Medium best fits 24"-40" chest sizes, and the Medium/Large best fits 28"-42" chests. Dual sternum straps with sliding adjustability help to fine-tune fit and an integrated Comfort Cinch 2.0 system provides on-the-go fit adjustability across the small of your back without applying undue pressure to your lats.

There are two zippered rear compartments and you can safely stow up to a 3L reservoir (hydration system sold separately) and a full load of gear. A small zip pocket and stretch pocket offer other gear stowing options and a zig-zag bungee attachment system is a perfect spot for securing gloves, discarded layers, or other items you want to keep readily accessible. Zippered mesh lateral pockets provide ample space to keep smaller items within easy reach.

On the chest portion of the harness there are large front pockets which conveniently secure electronics or water bottles. Ultimate Direction includes one soft-sided Body Bottle II 500 with a 500 ml capacity.

Other features include an additional zippered front harness pocket, phone-compatible harness pockets, and dual ice axe loops. An integrated rear attachment system allows you to carry poles in a horizontal fashion that reduces "bounce" and keeps poles at the ready but out of your way. If you prefer to carry poles up front, there are also attachment points that allow you to lash them directly to the harness.
