Sprawl out in style with the Big Agnes Bunk House 8 camping tent. This large family tent offers a ton of internal and external storage, flexibility as one or two room shelter, excellent overhead clearance, and can even be used as a shade shelter on day trips.
Over 100 square feet of interior space provides the tent with elbow room for up to 8 inhabitants. Once inside, an included fabric wall can divide the tent into two separate rooms, each with their own entrance. The two large doors make it easy to come and go and two integrated vestibules combine to provide 50 square feet of external storage space. The doors have a mesh section that can be left open for maximum ventilation or zipped up for privacy. The main door includes an integrated mat for keeping dirty shoes and boots outside of the interior space.
Removable corner bin pockets and additional internal mesh pockets provide dedicated places to stash clothes and gear. Internal media pockets enable headphone/ear bud cord routing from phones or other devices. Integrated gear loft loops offer a connection point for the Big Agnes Gear Lofts (sold separately).
Lightweight DAC aluminum poles lend freestanding structure to the tent. Color-coded pole ends, grommet webbing, and buckles make it easy to attach the poles to the clips and sleeves of the tent body. Sturdy aluminum hook stakes are included to further secure the pitch of the freestanding tent.
Coated with 1500mm waterproof polyurethane, the polyester floor and rainfly are extremely durable. All of the tent's seams are seal-taped to further protect the tent from the elements. Mesh on the tent's ceiling and sidewalls maximize cross ventilation and promote air circulation to fight condensation build-up. The Big Agnes Bunk House 8 Footprint (sold separately) can be used to bolster protection from mud, ground water, and sharp objects like rocks, exposed roots and pine needles.
In warm temperatures and clear conditions, the tent can also be pitched as a sun shelter. Simply use the rainfly, the poles, and the included webbing harness without the tent body and enjoy maximum breathability!
The Big Agnes Bunk House 8 tent includes a backpack-style carry bag with adjustable shoulder straps, webbing handles and a zippered closure.
