The Big Agnes Hinman Double Wide sleeping pad measures a sprawling 50" x 78" and delivers optimal camping comfort. Pillowy stretch top fabric and a thick insulated high-density foam core combine to ensure a warm and comfortable night's sleep.

Description

The pad has a self-inflating design. When you unroll the pad and open the integrated valve, the open-cell foam core responds by soaking up air similar to a sponge absorbing liquid. Once the mattress has drawn external air into its open-cell foam interior, you can adjust the firmness by pressing on the pad and allowing air to escape or by manually adding a few puffs of air to reach maximum inflation.

The bottom of the pad is a highly durable polyester. On top, stretch fabric has a soft plush feel that provides a cushiony sleeping surface.

Available in your choice of 2.5 inch or 4 inch thick options, each Big Agnes Hinman Doublewide self-inflating sleeping pad includes two compression straps for ease of carry and storage. NOTE: Always store the pad unrolled with the valve open.

Great for truck beds

Fits a GM standard truck bed(6’ 7”) beautifully. Slight pinch at wheel wells makes for absolutely no movement of pad. My 2.5” double wide is a couple of inches wider than the 4” double wide which I also own. The size and value are ideal. Both have held air exceedingly well.

Dislikes

If you want it to self inflate quickly you must preemptively leave it inflated for a couple of days before taking it out. No fault of Big Agnes, just the nature of the beast

Perfect Fit

The 4 inch pad fits perfectly in the Dream Island sleeping bag! It has a soft fabric cover so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on a plastic air mattress.
