The exterior fabric is an aviation-grade ripstop fabric. It uses a nano-filament thread that delivers phenomenal tear-strength and puncture resistance. An additional coating on the bottom of the pad further bolsters it against wear and tear. Unique puckered baffling maximizes comfort while keeping weight and packed size to a minimum. Large exterior chambers help to keep you situated on the pad throughout the night. TPU lamination ensures weld durability and integrated PrimaLoft Silver insulation and a thin layer of reflective Mylar prevent heat loss and bolster warmth for use in all but the coldest of temperatures. A low-profile, two-way valve makes both inflation and deflation easy and allows for fine-tuning of firmness. Big Agnes includes a pad inflation sack to take some of the effort out of blowing up the pad and to keep moisture from reaching the interior of the pad.
