Built to shine on pre-dawn-to-dark endurance days, the Black Diamond Distance BD 1100 headlamp is lightweight, compact, and features an innovative pivot design for unparalleled stability while moving through mountains.

Description

Bright, reliable light when you need it the most: The Distance LT emits 600 lumens of light on the high setting and has a PowerTap feature you can use to boost the beam to the max of 1100 lumens for ten seconds for long-range terrain assessments or spotting trail markers.
Superior stability for stay-put performance: Instead of a tilting design that moves the entire headlamp housing when adjusting your beam angle, the Distance LT has a front light plate that pivots separate from the battery pack to minimize bounce and movement when running. The low profile, suspended headband has a snug, adjustable fit and is removable and washable.
Functional lighting for challenging trail conditions: The multifaceted optical lens design provides a combination of depth lighting to better spot obstacles and smooth, diffuse light for consistent visibility. The housing also tilts to adjust the beam angle, and the IP67 rating makes it fully water- and dust-proof. The RGB LED offers additional colors you can use for any excursion.
Rechargeable convenience with a removable battery: The included 2200 mAh Li-ion battery lasts for 14 hours at 300 lumens on a full charge. The battery can easily be swapped out for a replacement if needed (extra battery sold separately) and charges via a USB-C cable (included).
