Combining durability, the comfort and maneuverability of four-way stretch, and all-around technical performance, the Black Diamond Men's Alpine Pants are perfect for spring or fall climbing and hiking.

Description

Lightweight, technical fabrication: The pants' lightweight and breathable stretch-woven fabric is a blend of nylon and elastane. A PFC-free durable water repellent treatment adds a touch of weather protection to the fabric's abrasion-resistance.
Designed to provide a full-range of motion and a comfortable fit: In addition to the forgiving stretch fabric, the pants have a gusseted inseam and articulated knees, so mobility is unencumbered. An adjustable webbing belt teams up with a cordlock adjustment to ensure a proper fit at the hem.
Harness-friendly pocketing: There are two front hand pockets with low-profile concealed zippers and also a left zippered thigh pocket. The placement of the pocketing allows access and eliminates awkward pressure points when you're wearing a harness.

How do they fit?

The Men's Alpine Pants have a 32" inseam and a slim fit. This athletic, low-profile cut expects that they'll be worn as stand-alones not over top of other layers. restricting mobility with just enough room to be worn over a t-shirt or baselayers. It also allows you to comfortably pull a hardshell over top if weather really takes a nasty turn.
