Although these are exceptional for running, you don’t have be a runner to enjoy all the benefits of this sock! I wear these for warm-weather hiking, and they have the perfect balance of cushioning and airy mesh that breathes and prevents blisters, keeping feet nice and dry. They are a little snugger than some of my other Darn Tough styles, but I still wear my normal size and appreciate the extra room in my shoe when feet swell on hot hikes.
