Darn Tough takes knitting very seriously. All Darn Tough socks are manufactured in Northfield Vermont as they have been for decades. High-speed computerized knitting equipment utilizes 100% fine gauge New Zealand Merino wool. An impressive 1444 stitches per square inch ensure the comfort and support for which Darn Tough is renowned. The Women's Hiker Micro Crew Cushion sock provides the sole of your foot with high-density cushioning. A reinforced heel and toe ensures durability. Elastic support around the arch of the Hiker Micro Crew Cushion and the invisible seam provided by ring toe construction enhance comfort. A wide-ribbed 3/4-length non-cushioned leg further ensures proper fit.

Sold in pairs the Darn Tough Women's Hiker Micro Crew Cushion sock is available in your choice of color and size. NOTE: The full contents of the Women's Hiker Micro Crew Cushion sock is 67% Merino wool 29% nylon and 4% Lycra spandex.

My Wife Loves These Socks!

These socks are incredibly comfortable, incredibly durable, and perfect for 3-season hiking. My wife and I used to wear other well-known brands, but these DarntTough's aren't unnecessarily bulky but still contain just a little cushion to keep them comfortable.

Bye, bye Smartwools. These Darn Tough socks are very comfortable and well made and perform very similar to Smartwools, but I enjoy a smoother fit in the toe area with less bunching (which is often an issue with my Smartwools). Hoping they will hold up better too, but if not, the guarantee on these socks makes the price easier to swallow.
