Whether used independently or with your hammock (sold separately) the Eagles Nest Oufitters (ENO) ProFly XL Rain Tarp from Eagles Nest Outfitters (ENO) allows you to enjoy the outdoors even in wet conditions. Sprawling dimensions of 13’ x 9’ 2” ensure that you stay dry.

Weighing just 28 ounces the ProFly XL Rain Tarp is designed to be used with ENO hammocks but can be used with virtually any hammock or independently. Made entirely of polyester coated ripstop nylon with fully taped seams the ProFly XL Rain Tarp offers reliable weather protection. The four point design offers a good balance of coverage and ease of set-up. When not in use the tarp packs down into its own integrated stuff sack.

Sold individually the ENO ProFly XL Rain Tarp is available in your choice of color options. NOTE: Stakes are not included.

The ENO ProFly XL rain fly is a great piece of gear to have if you are backpacking with a hammock and want to stay dry

Likes

The large size can be a bit of a challenge to locate a spot to setup, but once you get used to the size and how to measure for it, its indispensable. It gives me the ability to setup and shift my hammock to one end giving me enough space at the other to huddle under and cook or just stay out of the rain. The wider wingspan also gives you much more space to keep gear under and keep it dry. Very strong material and has held up well to steady rain and wind.

Dislikes

I really do not have any dislikes for this product but I would say if your an ultra light backpacker this may not be for you. Definitely going to weight more than the regular size and take up more space in the pack.
