The Exped LuxeMat Duo provides camping couples with the ultimate in away-from-home comfort. A removable organic cotton and wool-insulated cover rests atop a 4� thick air-and-foam core to maximize warmth and ensure an amazing night of sleep!

Description

Constructed to provide soft, pressure-relieving support: The mattress avoids the dreaded “bottoming out” of lesser pads with 4” of high-quality open cell foam. Air channels are cored out of the foam to not only aid in inflation and deflation but to trap warm air to enhance warmth. The mattress’s 7.2 R-value is suitable for year-round use. Vertical sidewalls help to keep you well above the ground and avoid tapering to maximize the available sleeping surface.
Luxurious sleeping surface: The mattress has a soft organic cotton topper insulated with wool fibers to provide both warmth and excellent moisture management. The cover is both removable and machine washable. Integrated side pockets provide a convenient place to stash small items.
Designed for easy inflation and deflation: When you unroll the mattress and open the one-way inflate valve, the foam responds by pulling in air, similar to a sponge absorbing liquid. Once you’ve given the mattress time to fully inflate, you can use the included pump to top off inflation for maximum firmness or let some air out through the deflate valve for a softer mattress. For faster inflation, you can use the electric Exped Widget Pump or Mega Pump (both sold separately). Woven side handles make the inflated mattress easy to grab and reposition. Two extra-large deflate valves help to efficiently purge air when you’re ready to compress the mattress and pack it away.
Sustainable construction: The LuxeMat uses recycled materials, and the wool meets rigorous Responsible Wool Standards (RWS). No non-degradable PFAs are used in production.

Sizing, inflation, and storage

The LuxeMat Duo is available in Medium/Wide (72” x 40.9”) and Long/Wide (77.6” x 52”) size options. A stuff sack and a “top off” inflation pump are included.
