At 5’10 215lbs I went with the medium and it fits great, packed at ~30lbs it’s very comfortable. The hip belt and shoulder straps are solid and nicely padded and the ventilation system allow good air movement. Some reviews say that the divided pockets would be better as one large pocket but I prefer the front and cap pockets divided. The ferrous orange color looks nice and the pack has lots of tie down points for gear carried outside the pack such as sleeping pads or trekking poles. Overall I’m really happy with the purchase and the price was great!

The water bottle pocket works great when removing the bottle but not so much for putting it back in. The bladder sleeve/daypack might grow on me over time but seems like a dedicated bladder sleeve would have been better. By far the biggest complaint I have with the pack is the size of the hip belt pockets which are to small for the items that I would generally like to carry in them however the hip belt does have a waterproof pocket….

I've owned several packs, and this is the best pack yet. Lots of pockets, super comfy. The suspension ensures plenty of air movement and provides several carrying options. People complain that it is so heavy. Balderdash! Unless you are counting grams, the couple extra pounds in this pack is soooo worth it for the features and comfort! Break your toothbrush in half, but take care of your back! I also love that it comes with a rain cover. I got the "ferrous orange" color and I love it.

The side mesh pocket is hard to use if you have your pack stuffed at all. And I wish it had a dedicated bladder retention system--the removable "day pack" is gimmicky. I will agree with other reviewers that the front hip pockets are just too small. Lastly the bottle holder is so snug on my nalgene that it doesn't allow me to nest my camp cup on the outside of the bottle. But even together, these issues aren't big enough issues to detract a star. I love this pack.

I am a 68 year old male in good physical condition and I wore the pack for the first time on a 7 mile hike on a moderate trail in a Tennessee State Park with about 30lbs of gear. Very comfortable and performed well. The team at Enwild was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend purchasing gear at Enwild, no matter what your choice is. Thanks Enwild staff. Special thanks to Morgan.

Great backpack. Everything about it screams attention to detail. Just wrapped up my first multi-day backpacking trip with it and it seems super durable. The rainproof cover is a perfect fit and works great. The mini-backpack inside is a great feature and is also very nice quality itself. The sleeping bag compartment at the base is useful. As I've gotten more familiar with using the pack and all its features, I've found it to be accessible and well-organized.

belt pockets just seem unnecessarily small although not a huge deal.

Very quality pack!

Great attention to detail with quality material and zippers. Love the one-handed open/close ability of the cinch cord at the top opening of the pack. Comes with daypack and rain cover that some competitors left out. I was looking for a quality pack that had the zipper-front option and have been pleased!
Dislikes
Small hip belt pockets. It's a little heavy but for durable material with lots of pockets and zippers you have to compromise.

It has a lot of space, has many pockets of easy reach, its straps are very comfortable, the A3 response system is super comfortable when walking, its pins are of excellent quality, the front fabric feels stiff and of good quality, the color is wonderful and It looks better in your hand than in the photos, in general you can see the technology besides being a very beautiful backpack.

This is the first pack I've bought in 30 years and I am amazed at the technological changes. I researched similar packs and picked the Gregory because it seemed to have all of the bells and whistles that were important to me plus it is super comfortable which is priority #1.

Very comfortable and handles heavy loads very well. I’m 6’ 180lb and ordered a large torso fit great but had to replace shoulder straps and waist belt with a medium fits perfect now. Backcountry Edges customer service is excellent.

Gregory backpack must be one of the most functional backpacks out there. I think it is pricey for reason, as the backpack is very thoughtfully designed. The hydration pack folder comes out to be used as a daypack, the one of the pockets on the hip straps is waterproof, and there is a water bottle holder on he side that tilts towards the front for easy reach. The back support is great for people who are looking for more lower back support.
Dislikes
The lower back support may not be for everyone. I have heard people say that they did not like the curved, rather 'stiffer' design of the backpack.
