When a youngster expresses interest in multi-day backpacking, you don't want to squelch that enthusiasm with an ill-fitting, underperforming pack. The Gregory Wander 70 Youth delivers "grown up" performance with a broad range of fit adjustability.

Description

  • Youth-specific fit that "grows" with your budding explorer: The pack utilizes a VersaFit design that provides a broad range of torso adjustability (13"-18") and accommodates waist sizes ranging from 22" to 48" to ensure a proper fit that can be tweaked as the wearer grows and gets taller and bigger.
  • "Grown up" carrying capability for multi-day trips: A steel alloy Wishbone frame pairs with a multi-density foam-padded backpanel to let the pack comfortably carry up to 50 pounds while cushioning that load, providing ventilation, and allowing just enough flex so that the pack promotes fee range of motion. An adjustable shoulder harness and hipbelt aid further in load stabilization and load lifter strips and a sternum strap allow the fit to be fine-tuned.
  • Top and front-loading access with a thoughtful organizational layout: The main compartment has traditional top loading access, but also allows for quicker access through a front U-shaped zipper. A floating top pocket and large front stretch mesh pocket provide additional storage and allow you to quickly put hands on gear without having to completely open up the pack.
