A higher-cut version of the award-winning Speedgoat trail running shoe the lightweight but supportive Hoka One One Men's Speedgoat Mid WP hiking boot is ideal for thru-hikers and fastpackers.

With midsole volume that far exceeds standard hiking or running shoes Hoka One One footwear provides enhanced cushioning and shock absorption. While visually this may look bulky the performance-enhancing cushioning is actually extremely lightweight.

The mid-cut boot's synthetic upper delivers comfort and breathability and does away with the long break-in period that you get with all-leather boots. Strategic overlays bolster durability enhance lateral support and help to stabilize your foot and lock your heel in place. A proprietary waterproof/breathable lining helps to keep your feet dry and comfortable. With a 32mm heel and a 28mm forefoot the shoe has a moderate 4mm drop.

The durable Vibram MegaGrip rubber outsole utilizes 5mm multi-directional lugs and a trail-specific tread to deliver reliable traction on all surfaces.

The Hoka One One Men's Speedgoat Mid WP hiking boot is available in your choice of colors and men's full and half sizes.

Lightweight, comfortable hiker

Feels like a shoe but performs more like a boot without the weight and bulky feeling of traditional boots. Flat laces are a plus. Vibram soles are great. Very comfortable with a good amount of cushion, but not too much.
