Description

Clean, drinkable, taste-free water for running, cycling, hiking and more: The BeFree's EZ-Clean Membrane is a 0.1-micron hollow fiber filter that removes bacteria, cysts, and sediment from your drinking water. It has a flow rate of up to 2 liters per minute so you can scoop up water and continue on your way. The active carbon filter reduce order to improve the taste of your filtered water.
Compact and collapsible for easy storage: Weighing in at about 2.7 ounces, the filter consists of a screw cap with a 2-stage filter and a durable TPU soft flask that's PVC- and BPA-free. The crushable flask easily compresses around the filter cap when not in use, so you can stash it in your pack, running vest, or cycling jersey!
Easy cleaning in the field: As the name suggests, the EZ-Clean Membrane doesn't require tools or complicated cleaning processes. Just shake or swish the filter and flask with water in it to gently clean the hollow fibers so you're ready to go for the next adventure.

Capacity and care

To get the most out of your filter, simply shake or swish the system with some water before you hit the trail. The EZ-Clean Membrane has a capacity of up to 1,000 liters, depending on water quality. The active carbon filter is good for up to 200 liters of water. Replacements of each filter (sold separately) can be purchased to extend the life of the system beyond those points.
