Description

  • Hybrid architectural design adapts to your wants and needs: By connecting directly to the back of your vehicle, the Caboose lets you access whatever you need whenever you need it whether it's in the tent, the vestibule, or your trunk. It also converts to a stand-alone, freestanding tent that frees up your vehicle without having to tear down camp.
  • Tons of space for everyone and everything: The interior tent offers 62.1 square feet of space and the integrated vestibule has 52.6 square feet of external coverage for bikes, chairs, coolers, or even the dog!
  • Confidence-inspiring weather protection: A full-coverage 68D polyester rainfly and protective floor have a DWR coating to protect against the elements and keep the interior of the shelter dry. All seams are tape sealed. For added production, pick up the custom fit Kelty Caboose 4P Footprint (sold separately).

It’s much more versatile than a rooftop structure and while I can connect it to my car to create a huge awning and covered space, it also stands and functions perfectly well on its own without a vehicle.
