The bag is insulated with Kelty’s ThermaPro Ultra synthetic insulation, which is specially engineered to retain warmth and provide superior packability compared to other synthetic insulation blends on the market. It is easy to care for and maintains its high loft, softness and insulating properties over time. Unlike down, this fill retains most of its insulating capabilities even when wet, making the bag a good choice for overnight adventures in dry or wet conditions.

Two-layer offset quilt construction eliminates cold spots and helps to keep outside air from reaching the bag’s interior. The zipper configuration is what lends the Tuck bag its name. A 2-way locking zipper which doubles back across the front of the bag allows the user unzip just the bottom portion of the bag to expose one or both feet, making custom temperature regular possible. This is an excellent feature for anyone who tend to get hot while sleeping. An anti-snag draft tube behind the zipper means that you can easily utilize the system without worries about a stuck zipper. An insulated top draft collar and an insulated contoured hood enhance warmth and comfort. A spacious footbox and a relaxed mummy cut provide extra room comparative to traditional mummy bags.
