The snow baskets look sturdy enough and large enough to serve the purpose for using the poles while winter hiking and snow shoeing. Can't wait to try them out next winter!

I plan to walk on snow covered trails this winter so I have not tried the snowflake basket yet, but looks like it is the same concept as a X-country ski basket to me

The snow basket as an add-on to the Leki hiking poles were a wonderful addition when snowshoeing this year! In the past I haven't had poles. My endurance went up and sore muscles were less as a result have having poles to help keep pace and the snowbaskets kept the poles in the right place at the right time.
Dislikes
Now and then the snow caked up on them, but it might just be the nature of this type of product in general.
